The Rock could be done with the WWE. As we previously reported, Vince McMahon and WWE officials originally wanted the Rock to appear at WrestleMania XXX, but after suffering an injury at WrestleMania 29 and landing movie role after movie role, rumors began to circulate that the “Great One” may be done with the WWE.

Now, many are questioning the Rock’s relationship with WWE again due to his involvement with the latest WWE DVD release, “History of the WWE.” WrestlingRumors.net noticed something awkward about the dates labeled for superstars and their involvement in the company, making us question Rock’s WWE status, but have since seen other people talking about the dates listed on the DVD as well.

WrestlingInc.com published a comment from “Barry,” who said, “I thought it was interesting on the new History of WWE Blu-ray they have graphics for each Superstar with a “Start Date (whatever year they debuted) – Present” near their name, including part-timers like Chris Jericho. For The Rock, his says “1995-2013.” Could this be a sign WWE believes The Rock is done with wrestling?”

What’s interesting is that this is the same question that was posed by the staff of WrestlingRumors.net. Is this the sign that the Rock has officially ended his relationship with the WWE for the time being?
