Possible Plans for Hornswoggle and El Torito Moving Forward

New reports have provided insight into possible plans for Hornswoggle and El Torito moving forward in WWE. According to Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline.com and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the two resident little people of WWE are likely to continue their feud from 2013-2014, but in new roles.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer claims that WWE is planning on turning Los Matadores into a heel tag team. With this being their plan, WWE officials believe it would be best to remove El Torito from their stable, and put him in with The Lucha Dragons, Sin Cara and Kalisto.

As of now, it is unsure of whether or not El Torito will undergo a name change, but moving from Los Matadores to The Lucha Dragons may mean he will pick up a dragon gimmick instead of portraying a bull. If he does change gimmicks, his name may change from El Torito, which means “the little bull” in Spanish, to either El Dragón or El Pequeño Dragón, which means “the dragon,” or, “the little dragon.”

WWE believes that El Torito needs to remain a babyface, and they may add Hornswoggle to Los Matadores as their new bull. WWE officials believe Hornswoggle makes for a better heel, and wants to have both teams utilize both men so that they can run (somewhat offensive) six-man tag team bouts between the two stables.
