Possible Kick-Off Matches For "Night Of Champions"

The latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has looked at the possible kick-off matches for “Night Of Champions.” According to the report, the possible pre-show matches on Sept. 21 are Jack Swagger vs. Bo Dallas, and/or Slater Gator vs. Adam Rose and The Bunny.

Swagger and Dallas have been at odds since Aug. 18, when Dallas began trying to “motivate” Swagger following his second PPV loss to Rusev. The two have had multiple altercations since, including one that is yet to come during the Sept. 12 edition of “Smackdown.” While no official “Night Of Champions” match has yet to be made between the two as of Sept. 11, it is expected to be announced soon.

Slater Gator has had issues with Rose and The Bunny for over two weeks. The matches between Rose and Heath Slater, and Rose and Titus O’Neil both saw The Bunny interfere and attack Rose’s opponents.

As previously reported, the man that WWE wants to be revealed as The Bunny, is former Prime Time Player Darren Young. Young has not been used on WWE programming since suffering a knee injury in April, and has not been The Bunny on WWE TV as of yet. Stars such as Zach Ryder and Justin Gabriel have donned the suit, but it is not believed that Young has been placed under the fury costume as of yet.

Either, and or both, matches would bode well on the “Night Of Champions” Kick-Off show. The current official match line-up for “Night Of Champions” on Sept. 21 can be found at the link below.
