Former WWE superstar Nelson Frazier, Jr. (AKA Viscera, Big Daddy V, and Mabel) has reportedly passed away. The report comes from well known and respected professional wrestling agent Eric Simms, who claims to have spoken with Frazier’s wife in regards to the matter. He also discloses that Frazier passed away on Feb. 18 after suffering a massive heart attack.

Frazier began his career in the World Wrestling Federation as Mabel, one half of Men on a Mission. Before signing with the WWE, Mabel and Mo were known as the Harlem Knights in promotions such as the USWA and PWF. During their run in the WWF, Mabel and Mo captured the WWF Tag Team Championship one time, but Frazier was deemed “King of the Ring” in 1995. He then went by the moniker of “King Mabel.”

Following an appearance in the Royal Rumble Match during the 1996 “Royal Rumble” PPV, Frazier departed from the World Wrestling Federation and worked the independent scene for two years. In 1998, he would return to the WWF as Mabel, only to later be transformed by the Ministry of Darkness into Viscera, one of the Undertaker’s dark followers. He would remain with the company until the year 2000 performing under this gimmick.

Frazier then returned to the independent circuit, and he even appeared on an episode of TNA television along side of R-Truth (Ron Killings). In 2004, Frazier would return to World Wrestling Entertainment for his longest, and final tenure with the company, competing as Viscera and Big Daddy V until his contract expired in 2008.

Frazier has since been competing on the independent wrestling circuit and making appearances at comic-cons and wrestling conferences. He had just celebrated his 42 birthday on Feb. 14.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
