CM Punk will discuss his WWE departure on Colt Cabana’s podcast that drops on Thanksgiving. According to multiple reports, including a recent tweet published by PWTorch‘s own Wade Keller, Punk will appear on the Nov. 27 edition of the podcast, where he will openly discuss his reasons for leaving WWE for the first time since walking out on the company on Jan. 27.

Keller revealed this information on Twitter saying,

Punk left WWE while he was still under contract. Many different reasons for his departure have been speculated upon, but neither party has yet to go into compete detail about why the former WWE Champion deserted the company in such fashion. After waiting six months for his deal to expire, Punk officially was finished with his WWE career in July and has been referred to, even by himself, as retired.

Cabana’s podcast can be found at ColtCabana.com. WrestlingRumors.net will provide a transcribed version of Punk’s explanation as the podcast becomes available.
