Wrestling Observer Radio recently did an interview with Y2J, Chris Jericho. One of the main topics of conversation were different matches proposed to him for this year’s WrestleMania. He stated that several matches were thrown out there, including a mixed tag match.

Jericho left for an Australian tour with Fozzy back in February, and when he returned, the plan was for him to turn heel and start a program with Ryback. Once back from the tour, he was informed by Eric Pankowski that plans had changed and he would be facing Fandango as a babyface.

Jericho admits that he wasn’t too happy with the change in plans at first, but now he is excited with the way the program is going. Jericho has some time off post-WrestleMania to tour with Fozzy from April 13-28th. His current WWE deal is for Royal Rumble – WrestleMania, but both parties understand that Jericho would like to work with WWE when he’s not off working on his other projects.

Jericho also spoke about selecting Bray Wyatt to work with during his current NXT TV taping, stating that he likes his style and loves his new gimmick. Jericho tweeted about Wyatt’s WWE future…
