It’s no secret to any wrestling fan that WrestleMania is the most special event of the year. It gives us countless memorable moments, some of the greatest matches of all time, and the opportunity to see dream contests come to life.

According to a recent report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE looks to be trying to continue this trend. They have supposedly been contacting several former female superstars and letting them know that they would like them to be a part of WrestleMania 33.

It is unknown at this time in what capacity these superstars will be used.

One of the major matches that is being pushed for the WrestleMania card is a triple threat match between Charlotte, Bayley and Nia Jax. According to the newsletter, the current plan is to have Bayley win the title, and then have a match with Sasha Banks at “SummerSlam” in Brooklyn.

Editor’s Note:

I would be totally down with this. With the recent advancements of women’s wrestling in the past two years, it would be neat to see how the styles of generations past stack up to the talent of today!
