Watch: Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg From “Survivor Series” 2016

WWE has posted a new video to their YouTube page, in which they show the full match between Brock Lesnar and Goldberg from “Survivor Series” 2016. In his first match in a wrestling ring in 12 years, “The Man” defeated “The Beast” in record time.

Going into the match, one of the main questions on everyone’s minds was how good of shape Goldberg would be in when he faced the most dominant force in recent professional wrestling history. While this question wasn’t necessarily answered due to the short duration of the match, it was still one of the most memorable moments of 2016.

Lesnar is currently scheduled to defend the Universal Championship against Jinder Mahal at the upcoming “Survivor Series” pay-per-view.

Goldberg was last seen on WWE Programming on the April 3, 2017 edition of “Raw Talk.” He thanked the fans for his latest run, which culminated with a loss to Lesnar at WrestleMania 33 the night before.

Editor’s Note:

I have to admit that I both popped and marked out when Goldberg won this match in record time. I still believe that it was the best course of action that WWE could have done, as it made Goldberg look strong while protecting both him and Lesnar going forward.
