He’s a former UFC Champion, but he’s good at playing his current role.

According to a report from Business Insidertwo UFC fighters have called Brock Lesnar’s recent encounter with Daniel Cormier as nothing more than “WWE fakery.”

The encounter occurred after UFC 226 this past Saturday, after Cormier defeated World Stipe Miocic to become the new heavyweight champion. Following the victory, Cormier called out Lesnar, who was sitting in the front row. Lesnar would then get inside the cage and shove Cormier.

While this created a lot of buzz amongst both the wrestling and MMA communities, not everyone found this altercation to be favorable.

The no. 2 fighter in the world, Curtis Blaydes had the following to say:

“I’ll just continue to grow as a martial artist, become more dangerous, and refuse to resort to that WWE bs fake arguing just to draw in lame ass casual fans.”

Call it what you will. This altercation have so many people talking and questioning Brock Lesnar’s future, that the hype for both WWE and UFC has increased dramatically. I can’t see how this will be anything but great for both promotions.
