We might be seeing some crushing in the near future.

According to a report from Pro Wrestling Sheet, Rusev has been cleared by doctors to return to the ring. He supposedly met with WWE medical personnel yesterday, and was given the good news.

The “Bulgarian Brute” has been on the shelf since March, after undergoing shoulder surgery. However, it is unknown exactly when or how the injury occurred.

Rusev has been making his presence felt on WWE programming, as a video of him surfaced on YouTube, demanding that he be given a championship match at “Money In The Bank.” As of right now, that will not be happening, as Jinder Mahal is scheduled to defend his championship against Randy Orton.

Rusev demands a WWE Championship Match at Money in the Bank: SmackDown LIVE, April 25, 2017

It should be noted that Rusev’s wife, Lana, will be challenging Naomi for the “Smackdown Live” Women’s Championship at “Money In The Bank.

Editor’s Note:

Do not be surprised if we see the “Bulgarian Brute” in one way or another at “Money In The Bank.” My guess is that we will see Mahal vs. Rusev for the title at “Battleground,” but anything is possible as this point.
