WWE superstar Randy Orton was interviewed by ESPN earlier this week, following his victory in the “Royal Rumble” match this year. He commented on a variety of topics, and gave some interesting, definitive answers.

Orton has been a WWE superstar for over a decade, yet he still feels humbled about the opportunities that he has been given. He talks about what it means to be one of the few superstars that has won the “Royal Rumble” on multiple occasions.

“I think I heard today that there were 23 winners here in 30 Royal Rumbles. That’s quite a short list, given the history of WWE and how long WWE has been around. But not only am I one of the 23, I’ve done it twice. It’s just accolade after accolade stacking up, and I couldn’t be more grateful.”

One of the many questions that has been on the minds of the fans for quite a while has to do with his affiliation with the Wyatt Family. Why is “The Viper” seeking the guidance of the “Eater of Worlds?”

“I’m a Wyatt because I wanted to be in the most dominating group in WWE currently,” Orton said. “I’m not going to say the most dominating in history, because you always hear about the best group in history, the most dominating group in history, etc. Everything is ‘in history.’ Screw that.”

Orton also talks about his place in the Rumble match, being in the ring with Goldberg and more.
