It had been previously reported that Kevin Owens was written off of television a couple of weeks ago on Raw in order to undergo minor knee surgery.

According to the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer NewsletterOwens underwent successful surgery on Wednesday of this past week. He has already begun rehab on both knees, but how long will be out?

The report states that his return will be in either late February or early March. However, he might not be ready to go until April, which means that he could miss WrestleMania.

Here is how Owens was written off of television:

Editor’s Opinion:

While is definitely sucks for Owens, this actually could help him out in the long run. Often times, when wrestlers come back after a hiatus, they are given either a character shift or a boost in momentum and that catapults them to new heights. He has been to the top of the mountain before and will definitely be there again, which is a good thing for both WWE and the fans alike.
