The Hulk Hogan saga has taken another nasty twist, and could lead to a lot of trouble for the WWE Hall of Famer.

The National Enquirer is now reporting that Hogan has told conflicting stories to both the FBI and lawyers for Gawker, which he previously sued for releasing his sex tape through their website. If this is true, he could face charges of either perjury or obstruction of justice, depending on which side he lied to.

The Enquirer was the first to release the racist comments that lead to the immediate termination of Hogan’s contract with WWE on July 23. Since then, Hogan has filed additional documents against Gawkerclaiming that he knows who is responsible for leaking the initial racist comments online. In addition to these remarks, it has been reported that “The Hulkster” also made homophobic remarks on the tape.

Several current and former superstars have come to Hogan’s defense, such as Kevin Nash, and The Rock. In addition, big daughter, Brooke, has not only written a poem in support of her father, but was also recently interviewed by Entertainment Tonight, and said that the comments he made do not reflect who he truly is as a person. However, if Hogan is found guilty of these accusations, he could face some serious consequences.

Editor’s Note:

Things are going from bad to worse for “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan. This whole incident continues to make me sad – especially when I have such fond memories of him as a performer growing up.
