Joey Styles has never been one to shy away from saying what’s on his mind. As a former commentator for ECW, he was associated with one of the most controversial and revolutionary wrestling companies of all time.

However, sometimes you need to know where to draw the line.

This weekend, Styles was one of the commentators for “EVOLVE’s” 72 iPPV. During the broadcast, he turned to ring announcer Joanna Rose and said the following:

“Joanna, you look great tonight, and if our next President were here tonight, he’d want to grab you by the…”

As a result of this remark, Styles was immediately fired by the company. The following tweets were sent out by “EVOLVE” promoter Gabe Sapolsky:

FloSlam, who was streaming the event, added the following via Twitter:

This is the second time that Styles has been released by a wrestling company in this calendar year. In August, he was released by WWE, where had served in multiple capacities, including ring announcer and Vice President of Digital Media Content.

He is most known for his catchphrase “OH MY GOD!,” which was popularized in ECW.
