The savior of misbehavior is back. According to a report from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, WWE commentator Corey Graves has been cleared for a return to in-ring competition. Graves has not competed in 8 years, after being forced into early retirement which stemmed from a series of concussions.

Prior to his in-ring retirement in 2014, Graves had a lengthy career on the independent scene and in NXT. He started his wrestling career in 2000, joining such promotions as International Wrestling Cartel and One Pro Wrestling. He had some sporadic appearances on WWE television before joining their developmental territory in 2011. He was a part of the roster when they made the transition from FCW to NXT in 2012.

Check out what Graves is capable of doing in the ring:

Editor’s Opinion:

This is awesome news! I must admit that I have never seen him wrestle, but if this is what he wants to do, then I am all about it. he is one of the best commentators in the world and has been for quite some time, but I’ve known that he has always had a desire to return to the ring. To get to chase this goal and return to in-ring competition, much like Bryan Danielson and Edge is great, and I can’t wait to see it!
