If things go according to plan, “Impact Wrestling” may be sent to the realm of “deletion.”

“Broken” Matt Hardy sent out a couple of interesting tweets yesterday, claiming that be would eventually like to become the owner of TNA:

It is known at this time of this is part of a storyline, or if Hardy is genuinely interested in purchasing the company.

The sale of TNA has been one of the most talked about stories in professional wrestling over the past few weeks. President Billy Corgan is rumored to be the frontrunner in purchasing the company, even though it was reported that WWE also made a bid.

Conflicting reports have also surfaced, initially indicating that WWE had officially pulled out of the potential deal. However, it’s now being rumored that both the TNA and ROH video libraries will be making their way to the WWE Network.

“Broken” Matt Hardy has been one of the most talked about characters in wrestling in 2016. He, along with Brother Nero (Jeff Hardy), captured the TNA tag team titles at the recent “Bound for Glory” pay-per-view.

Editor’s Note:

This would be simply WONDERFUL! Hardy has a brilliant mind for the wrestling business, both inside and outside of the ring. I think that he could do wonderful things with the promotion, and save it from being completely OBSOLETE!!

Do you think Matt Hardy should purchase TNA? Is this a work? Let us know in the comments below, or post a comment on Facebook!
