There’s a chance that TNA’s biggest pay-per-view of the year may not occur.

Company President Billy Corgan recently appeared on Busted Open Radio and discussed a number of items regarding their future. However, when asked about whether “Bound For Glory” would be happening this weekend, he could not give a definitive yes.

The following report is from WrestlingInc.com:

As for whether “Bound For Glory” will happen this Sunday as scheduled, Corgan would not give a definitive yes, although he said that he was optimistic that a solution will get worked out by then. Corgan said that he had to step in at the “literally the last minute” for the last three rounds of tapings, so he’s used to being in this situation. He said that ultimately it’s not up to him, but he’s done everything he can to create a scenario to go forward. He said that he’s been the financer, and that he has no investors, so he’s committed and charging forward on his own initiative.

“Having been through this the last three rounds, I still remain very optimistic that come Sunday I will be standing in the ring putting over what’s about to happen,” Corgan said. “I will be in Orlando come rain or shine. I can’t speak for everybody else at this particular moment, but I will be in Orlando this Sunday.”

Corgan discusses a number of other topics in the interview, such as the potential sale of the company, how POP TV is reacting to everything that is going on, and more.

Editor’s Note:

I have a feeling that TNA will once again be able to get a deal worked out and everything will go as planned this weekend. With the signing of a major name like Cody Rhodes to a new deal, it would be a huge embarrassment for something drastic to happen to the company at this time. We’ll all be watching this story closely over the next few days, there’s no doubt.
