AJ Styles Says That Jinder Mahal Acts and Looks Like A Star

WWE Champion AJ Styles was recently interviewed by India Today, where he discussed a number of topics. Among them were his debut in the “Royal Rumble” in 2016, thoughts on Jinder Mahal, his upcoming match with Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania and more.

Below are some highlights from the interview:

On debuting at the 2016 “Royal Rumble:”

“I love it here. I wish I had this job years ago but it may not have worked years ago. Everything has happened perfectly and the timing an everything was perfect,” said AJ.

On Jinder Mahal:

“Jinder is doing great. He has everything that he has got here. Looks like a star, acts like a star. That’s why he is one. He is perfect for the WWE, perfect for India,” he said.

“He is great and to see him be the star and come along is really cool. This business is really tough and Jinder went through some tough times in this business and now to see him where he is after all the hard work he has put in, he deserves everything and he has earned everything in the WWE,” he added.

On his upcoming match with Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania:

“That would be great. I’d love to wrestle Nakamura at Wrestlemania,” Styles signed off.
