It would appear that Adam Rose’s legal troubles are over…for now.

TMZ Sports is reporting that prosecutors are dropping the domestic violence case against Adam Rose that began last month. This is coming after Rose proved that he is receiving professional help for the issues in his marriage.

Rose, whose real name is Raymond Leppan, was arrested last month for tampering with a witness, in addition to domestic violence. However, his wife, Cassandra begged the judge to go easy on Rose, saying that the situation was blown out of proportion and had gotten way out of hand. She also confirmed that her husband has been receiving counseling from his pastor, and that it has been having a positive effect.

Court records are now showing that this case is officially closed.

There is no word yet on whether this will have any future relationship with WWE. He was officially released from his contract with the company last month.

Editor’s Note:

I’m glad that this is over and that the Leppan family can focus solely on resolving their marriage. While this incident could clear him to return to WWE, I don’t think that will happen any time soon. There just isn’t any room for him on the main roster right now, and he could make a better name for himself and more money on the independent scene.
