The next edition of WWE “Monday Night Raw” will take place from the Times Union Center in Albany, New York on April 20.

One of the big matches advertised for the show is Damien Mizdow vs. The Miz. The winner will earn the rights to “The Miz” likeness moving forward.

The Miz is set to take a prolonged absence from the ring in order to film WWE Studios’ upcoming holiday motion picture, Santa’s Little Helper.

The same goes for WWE Diva Paige, who was written off of television during “Raw” last week after an attack by Naomi.

PWInsider.com is reporting that while tonight’s “Raw” may be the end of the Miz vs. Mizdow storyline, The Miz is still scheduled for WWE “Extreme Rules” and the following “Raw” and “Smackdown.”

There’s no word yet on whether officials will schedule yet another rematch between the two for the upcoming pay-per-view.

Editor’s Note

As promising as this storyline was at the beginning, it appears that WWE is grasping at straws by trying to give the feud more life and substance in recent weeks. Its run its course, though. Tonight should be the end of it, in my opinion. It’s time for Mizdow, or whatever his name will be following “Raw,” to move on to bigger and better things.
