It’s been confirmed that former WWE Champion The Miz will be the newest judge on WWE’s “Tough Enough” reality competition.

With former judge Hulk Hogan being canned from the show due to recent racist comments of his being leaked to the public, WWE officials needed to find someone right away to be the Hulkster’s replacement.

During the latest airing of “Tough Enough” on Tuesday, Miz appeared as the fresh face at the judges table, putting all rumors to rest of potential WWE Hall-of-Famers joining the program.

Other names that had been linked to the show as possible judges included Bret “The Hitman” Hart, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair, “Hardcore Legend” Mick Foley, “HBK” Shawn Michaels, and even Vince McMahon himself.

Daniel Bryan and WWE Paige remain as the other two judges on the panel.

Editor’s Note

Simple. Safe. Logical. Miz was already a weekly contributor on the show, so adding him as a judge makes perfect sense. Perhaps some of the legends couldn’t have made scheduling work. Who knows. “Tough Enough” is a mess of a series anyway. A megastar guest judge wasn’t going to change all of that overnight. Keep rolling with Miz and let’s see where this all ends up.
