Rumor: The Undertaker Transported to Hospital Following WrestleMania XXX Match

Following his first-ever WrestleMania loss to Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker was reportedly rushed to a nearby hospital, according to a report by WrestleChat.com.

The report also indicates that Lesnar and WWE Chairman Vince McMahon accompanied Undertaker.

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Duggan noted on his Twitter account that Undertaker appeared to be injured.

Reddit.com user Pivec, who has a father that works for WWE, mentioned that:

My dad works for WWE. He’s at WrestleMania right now. He said an ambulance just showed up to take the Undertaker to the hospital and Vince and Brock went with him. It sounds serious 🙁 JUST THOUGHT I’D GIVE R/WWE THE NEWS BEFORE ANYONE ELSE

Update: It appears that Undertaker was suffering from concussion-like symptoms following his match. It does appear that his trip to the hospital may simply be for precautionary reasons, although that has yet to be confirmed.
