Ricardo Rodriguez Returns to RAW; Reveals New Client

For the first time since being attacked by World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio, ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez would make his return on the August 19th edition of Monday Night RAW to confront his former best friend after Del Rio’s match with Sin Cara.

Rodriguez revealed that he will no longer be working for Del Rio, and that he has found himself a new employer.

RVD made his way down the ring and attacked Del Rio, before the champion made his escape.

It’s not confirmed, but it appears that Van Dam will be next in line to challenge Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship. That match could possibly take place at the WWE’s next PPV, Night of Champions.
