WWE superstar John Cena has been named the PWI Top 500 Wrestler of the Year for the third time in his career, joining Bret “The Hitman” Hart, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and Triple H as the only men to accomplish that feat.

Pro Wrestling Illustrated has been counting down the top 500 wrestlers in the world since 1991.

Some of Cena’s notable accomplishments were winning the 2013 Royal Rumble, winning the Money in the Bank briefcase, defeating CM Punk on RAW and defeating The Rock at WrestleMania 29 for the WWE Championship.

The top ten, in order, for 2013 are: John Cena, CM Punk, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Bully Ray, Kazuchika Okada, Sheamus, Jeff Hardy, Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler and Kevin Steen.
