Sent in by an employee of the Dunkin’ Donuts Center, it appears that a steel cage is being set up for tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW in Providence, RI.

A dark main event of John Cena vs. Randy Orton for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship is being advertised for after the show, but not as a cage match.

During non-televised matches taking place inside a cage, the structure isn’t usually assembled and left hanging above the ring before the show begins. For the most part, it’s put together just before the match takes place.

WWE.com’s Five-Point Preview for RAW tonight has no mention of a steel cage whatsoever.

A tag team encounter between Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan vs. The Usos is the only match officially announced. A steel cage stipulation could be added during the show or to any of the other segments that have yet to be revealed.

We’ve provided a look at the cage being assembled for tonight’s event. Thank you to our source, who is an intern for the Providence Bruins, for sending us the photo.
