The 25th Anniversary of Raw is shaping up to be quite a memorable night. On the latest episode of Raw, The Miz returned after filming Marine 6, and made it known that he is on a mission to regain his Intercontinental Championship. This was made quite clear at the end of the show, when Miz and the Miztourage attacked Reigns, and mocked the Shield by executing a triple powerbomb.

In addition to this match, WWE is stacking the deck with a list of appearances from legends of the business. These names include The Undertaker, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Steve Austin.

Notably, WWE also announced that Shawn Michaels and Triple H will reunite as D-Generation X. It was originally advertised as Shawn Michaels, but WWE looks to have added this reunion more recently. It was also announced that the New Age Outlaws will also be reuniting.

Although Road Dogg is a current WWE employee in the role of an agent, it is worth mentioning that this will be Billy Gunn’s first WWE appearance in over two years since being released from the company in November of 2015.

As a unit, DX last appeared at WrestleMania 31 in Santa Clara, California. Both them and the nWo helped Triple H and Sting, respectively, before Michaels superkicked Sting en route to a Triple H victory.
