As we previously reported, Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida may be the new home to a physical Hall of Fame for the WWE.  There are still continued reports that Universal will be closing the NBA City attraction and will then replace it with a WWE themed building.

According to The Wrestling Observer and their sources in Orlando, WWE is also looking at opening a restaurant that is based around the WWE in Universal Studios. The current proposed location would be just 500 feet from Soundstage 21, which used to be TNA’s Impact Zone. TNA had used the location to film their PPV events along with their weekly television program. Universal also had ties with WCW, as the company also filmed programs there.

WWE has already established ties in Florida, as their new Performance Center is located in The Forsyth Central Commerce Park in Winter Park, Florida. The new Performance Center is across from Full Sail University, which currently houses WWE’s NXT developmental program.
