According to Wrestling Observer, WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon said that there are no longer heels or babyfaces in the current WWE product. McMahon’s words reportedly came at a recent creative meeting within the company.

If McMahon did in fact say that heels and babyfaces are no more, the news will be interesting to many as it has been a focal point of some fans’ criticism of the current WWE product. In November, WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross talked about the need for heels and babyfaces, something which many think WWE has been lacking over the past couple of months.

Our own Jon Alba recently published an editorial regarding the blurred line between heels and babyfaces in today’s WWE, which can be read here.
