As we previously reported here on WrestlingRumors, TNA has reached a short-term contract extension with superstar AJ Styles. Not much of the deal’s information was revealed at the time, but F4WOnline.com is now reporting some of the details about new contract. According to the website, Styles’ new contract will last for three months. Their report also noted that Styles’ recent promo on the August 29 edition of Impact Wrestling was his idea, and that TNA had no input on the segment.

With Styles and TNA reaching an extension, Styles will continue his long tenure with the company. He’s been with the company since its beginning, as he is approaching on twelve years with TNA. He has arguably had an illustrious career in TNA with many achievements and accomplishments. For example, he was TNA’s first Grand Slam Champion as well as the first TNA Triple Crown Champion. Styles is also a former TNA World Heavyweight Champion as well as a six-time X Division Champion.
