Since returning to WWE in late February, Hulk Hogan has not been shy about his desire to wrestle one last match in WWE. Hogan revealed that he had been training for one final match, which led to some in WWE discussing the matter internally. In various interviews and appearances for WWE, like the “WWE 2K15″ roster reveal, Hogan has named some potential opponents. Among them are John Cena, Sting, and even “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.

F4WOnline has posted an update on Hogan’s wish to wrestle one final match, looking at the latest word within WWE. The website reports that nothing is official, or being planned by WWE. Instead, Hogan is simply working his own angle in an attempt to “go into business for himself.”

However, Hogan is still pushing for a match at WrestleMania 31. Dave Meltzer of the website and its Wrestling Observer Newsletter, has noted that Hogan wants to wrestle either John Cena or “Stone Cold” Steve Austin at WrestleMania 31.

Hulk Hogan’s last match in WWE came at the 2006 edition of “SummerSlam,” where he defeated the “Legend Killer” Randy Orton. Hogan returned to WWE in February of 2014 to host WrestleMania XXX, and was last seen on WWE programming during this year’s “SummerSlam.”
