The NXT Takeover: San Antonio show is scheduled to take place on January 28, the night before the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, and we now have the official lineup for the show, which you can check out below.

  • Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Bobby Roode [NXT Championship]
  • Asuka vs. Billie Kay vs. Peyton Royce vs. Nikki Cross [NXT Women’s Championship]
  • Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa vs. The Authors of Pain [NXT Tag Team Championship]

  • Roderick Strong vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas

It’s been reported by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE could debut some of the superstars who competed in the United Kingdom tournament at this Saturday’s NXT Takeover event, as some of them are being brought into San Antonio for the event.

There’s also been talk of making Bobby Roode the new face of NXT, so he could defeat Shinsuke Nakamura in the show’s main event, which may lead to The King of Strong Style being called up to the main roster.
