Goldberg is currently scheduled to be a part of this year’s Royal Rumble match, and it’s pretty much guaranteed that he’ll be on the WrestleMania 33 card on April 2. But, how often will he appear throughout this year?

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Goldberg is currently working under a three pay-per-view deal, with the three shows being Royal Rumble, Fastlane, and WrestleMania 33. It’s unclear if he’ll continue on with the company following WrestleMania, although it’s probably pretty safe to assume that he will be.

Meltzer reported on Thursday’s Wrestling Observer Radio that Goldberg will wrestle at Fastlane, but he didn’t say who his opponent will be on the show, and his opponent at the February show will probably depend on whether or not he wins the Royal Rumble match.

In the eyes of the WWE fans, Goldberg is the overwhelming favorite to win the Royal Rumble. In a poll posted on WWE’s website earlier this week, almost 60 percent of voters said that the ex-WCW megastar will win the Royal Rumble. Brock Lesnar came in second place with a little less than 20 percent of the votes.
