Over the last few months, all we’ve heard regarding the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match is that Baron Corbin will win it. But now, according to Cageside Seats, plans have changed.

According to the site, Corbin is no longer favored to win the men’s briefcase, as they’re suggesting that the current plan is for Shinsuke Nakamura to win it.

On Tuesday’s SmackDown, WWE teased a Nakamura win by having him climb up a ladder, where he then retrieved the Money in the Bank briefcase.

According to Five Dimes, Baron Corbin is still favored to win the match, but that could, and probably will change this weekend, as there’s usually a huge shift in the odds on the day of WWE pay-per-views. However, if Corbin is still favored to win on Sunday, then that likely means that he will, in fact, become Mr. Money in the Bank.

Styles, Nakamura & Zayn vs. Owens, Corbin & Ziggler: SmackDown LIVE, June 13, 2017

Even though people are under the impression that the briefcase typically goes to a heel, if you look at the history of the match, about half of the winners have been heels. However, the most memorable cash ins — Seth Rollins, Edge, Dolph Ziggler — were all done by heels.

Who are you picking to win the men’s Money in the Bank match this Sunday? Let us know in the comments below, or over on Facebook!
