Even though WWE hasn’t officially announced it yet, we do know that they’re planning on doing another draft, which will take place at some point after WrestleMania 33. Will the brand’s GMs be able to select the superstars of their choosing? Or will the picks be completely random like they were in the late 2000s? Well, we now know that answers to those questions.

According to Cageside Seats, each general manager will have a limited amount of picks, and they can draft stars from their rival brand, and from NXT. Also, everyone who holds a title won’t be able to be drafted.

“WWE’s 2017 draft will be limited to a handful of picks the General Managers can make from their rival brand or NXT. Champions will be off limits.”
