A new WWE Network show called Bring it to the Table premiered on Monday night following Raw, and there was a ton of interesting notes coming out of the show, one of which was who Paul Heyman wants as his next client.

Since his return to WWE in 2012, Heyman has become synonymous with Brock Lesnar. Sure, WWE has tried pairing him with different guys like Cesaro, Curtis Axel, and Ryback, but none of the pairings have worked out quite as well. There is one guy though who Heyman believes could work as the next “Paul Heyman Guy,” and that’s current UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor.

“The smartest play for Conor McGregor is to become the very first ‘Paul McHeyman Guy,'” said Heyman regarding McGregor possibly coming to WWE. “He’s gotta come here, because I’m not going to him.”

In recent months, McGregor has publicly said that he would consider going to WWE at some point. On top of that, Paul Levesque, better known as Triple H, has said that he’s interested in signing McGregor, and he even attended his most recent fight against Eddie Alvarez at Madison Square Garden back in November. So, WWE is clearly interested in the UFC’s first ever double champion.
