Prior to this year’s SummerSlam, we heard that The Undertaker, who retired back at WrestleMania 33 in April, was in New York, which was the site of the event.

According to PW Insider, The Undertaker’s visit to New York might’ve had something to do with him returning to the ring, as they’ve reported that the future WWE Hall of Famer was working out in the ring prior to the company’s biggest event of the summer.

In recent weeks, WWE has really been pushing the fact that Roman Reigns retired The Undertaker, so the constant reminders might actually end up leading to another match between the two.

The Undertaker makes perhaps his final WrestleMania entrance: WrestleMania 33 (WWE Network)

There’s also a chance that The Undertaker will just stay retired, and him working out in the ring during SummerSlam weekend had absolutely nothing to do with an upcoming in-ring return.
