The New Day and Xavier Woods in particular have been nothing short of incredible during their tenure as a team in the company. With the longest Tag Team Championship reign in WWE history, they come to “Smackdown Live” looking for a fresh start.

We previously reported that The New Day appeared on “Talking Smack”, making their return to the company after Kofi Kingston was sidelined with an ankle injury following New Day’s matches with The Revival on “Raw” in the two weeks that followed “WrestleMania 33”.

On “Talking Smack”, Xavier Woods revealed that during their time off, his wife had given birth to his first child. She revealed back in December 2016 she was pregnant. Wrestling Rumors would like to extend our congratulations to Woods and his entire family.

“He’s got the hiccups a lot, all day. (He) cries, it’s intense. But the power of positivity brings it to him.”

Kingston would also go on to explain that he had the opportunity to watch his one-year-old son learn to walk, also having the chance to go rock climbing with him. You can view the clip of them here:

Editor’s Note:

I am a huge fan of The New Day. They never fail to impress. I am so happy to hear about the time they’ve been able to spend with their children. That in and of itself is priceless.
